They are separately controlled by two independent temperature control systems. By adjusting the temperature of each temperature zone, a temperature gradient can be formed in the heating zone or a longer constant temperature zone can be formed.

The furnace body can be tilted, and the furnace tube can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. The appropriate rotation speed can be selected according to the shape, material, and temperature of the product being processed.

The temperature control system adopts PID method, and can set 30-segment temperature rising and cooling programs, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃.
